We are the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex chapter of the NFFC. The chapter was started on Thanksgiving weekend in 1993 and received its Chapter Charter from the NFFC in June of 1994.
Our chapter name, "The Chapter InBetween," comes from the fact that the D/FW metroplex lies almost exactly "in-between" the two Disney Theme Parks - Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World in Florida. It is also a reference to one of the steps in the process of animation.
The photograph to the right is of the original six members who were present on that night in 1993 when the chapter was started. The photo was taken at the NFFC Disneyana Convention in July 1995.
